Ashley River Hall is planning a Grand Opening in Spring 2026. We can’t wait to welcome you to our riverfront setting for weddings and celebrations in the heart of Charleston.

You’ll find us at 1025 Sam Rittenberg Blvd, Charleston, SC 29407—perfectly situated for local and destination celebrations.

We’re approximately 10 minutes from downtown Charleston, the airport, and dozens of area hotels, making it simple for guests to arrive and enjoy the weekend with you.

Our rental rates vary by season and day of the week, with a published range of:

• Monday–Thursday: starting at $4,000
• Friday: typically $5,000–$7,000
• Saturday: typically $6,000–$9,000
• Sunday: typically $5,000–$7,000

Rates are subject to change, and holiday weekends vary. We recommend reaching out early so we can confirm pricing for your preferred date.

Your rental includes access to the property from 11:00am–11:00pm.

If you’d like extra time for setup, portraits, or a more relaxed timeline, early access and additional hours may be available for an hourly fee (as outlined in our sample agreement).

Ashley River Hall is designed to make hosting effortless — with spaces and essentials thoughtfully included. Your rental includes: 

• A fully climate-controlled indoor chapel and/or riverfront 2000 Sq Ft Oyster Shell Tabby Patio
• Tables and chairs for up to 300 guests
• An indoor bar plus a covered outdoor bar
• A private Bride & Bridesmaids Suite with bathroom
• A private Groomsmen “Man Cave” space
• Covered outdoor lounge seating
• Fire pits and café lighting
• Catering prep kitchen area
• On-site parking

Our venue is designed for approximately 75–300 seated guests indoors, with outdoor ceremony capacity also listed up to 300.

We also offer a draping system that allows the space to feel beautifully proportioned for smaller celebrations.

Yes — and it’s one of our favorite features. Ashley River Hall offers a fully climate-controlled indoor chapel, along with an outdoor ceremony area (2000 Sq Ft Oyster Shell Tabby Patio) overlooking the Lowcountry landscape.

Yes. To ensure your day flows beautifully, our sample rental agreement requires at least a professional day-of coordinator. (Your coordinator may not be a guest.)

We offer tiered bar packages with pricing published by year.

2026 Bar Service Pricing (per person):

• Silver: $20 / 3 hours (additional hour $5)
• Gold: $24 / 3 hours (additional hour $6)
• Platinum: $33 / 3 hours (additional hour $7)

2027 Bar Service Pricing (per person):

• Silver: $21 / 3 hours (additional hour $6)
• Gold: $25 / 3 hours (additional hour $7)
• Platinum: $35 / 3 hours (additional hour $9)
